Mothers Day Weekend

What a busy Mother's Day weekend! Friday night Brennan and Sonny had a baseball game. They ended up winning cause the other team had to forefit cause their pitcher pitched an extra inning, so we won!! Saturday morning I had to go grocery shopping, which ended up taking me like 3 hours. Why it took me 3 hours to shop is a different post. Maddie had tag day for softball in the morning then the boys had a make-up baseball game. Great game they won again and are now 4-2(they've won 4 in a row). Awesome, we've got a winning record and have won more game this season then ever before.
Sunday, Mother's Day. I woke up to breakfast made for me. YUMMY!! Spencer,Sonny,&Maddie went with their mom for a few hours. I got some beautiful cards, an Ohio State shirt, some candles, a new nightshirt, and my frappaccino mochas, and 2 hanging flower baskets. Once the other kids came home we went down to the Newburg Landing and hung out at the river. The boys fished and played baseball while the girls played frisbee and bocce. Danny cooked out ribs and hot dogs. It was a great dinner. We had a great time hanging out and just doing nothing.
I hope all mothers enjoyed their Mother's Day! I love being a wife and mom it truely is the greatest job.

Busy! Busy! We have been busy!

I can't believe it has been so long since I have blogged. I am so sorry we just have been so busy. You know with 7 kids there is never a dull moment. So what has been going on since my last post? The girls tried out for Titan cheering again this year and they both made the squad. We are so proud of them. I will be helping coach their squad the JV squad. I am excited. We start practice in June.

I have joined the Red Knights Womens Club. They are an orgainzation that raise money for the kids at Toronto High Sports. We help when the teams need equipment and such and we do the sports banquet and honor athletes. We are in charge of the concession stand at the high school baseball field. So I have had to work up there for several games. Our baseball team is having an awesome year and should be going to State. Go Red Knights. I am so glad I joined I have become friends with some great people and have a ton of fun being involved in school organizations.

Baseball has started. Brennan and Emerson are on the Buckeyes. As of right now their team 2-2. They finally seem to be playing good as a team. I am sure they will win more games then they lose this year. Brennan plays 2nd base and Emerson outfield. They both have had some hits and runs so far. I am proud of them.

Brittany is working. As a matter of fact she is working at the little league field in the concession stand. She is in charge of the other workers and getting the schedule done so I guess that makes her like the manager. She is doing a great job and I'm glad that she is able to make a little money.

There is only like 20 days left of school. The kids get out June 6th. I can't wait no more getting up at 6:30am. Brennan and Emerson will be going to 6th grade camp in 2 weeks and they are super exited. They go for 3 days and I'm sure it will be a great experience for them.

Spencer is still taking his guitar lessons and doing great. He is pretty laid back and not a whole lot going on with him. He is Spencer just hanging out and chilling. Boy would I love to be 14 again.

Well I think that pretty much sums up what we've been doing. Oh our 5 year anniversary is coming up on May 22nd. WOW I can't believe its been 5 years!!

Happy Mothers Day!!
